Privacy policy
Belgian Scale Modellers Club vzw (BSMC) only stores the information it receives from you when participating in the modeling contest at our events (name and address, birth date telephone number, mobile phone, email, model information). This data is stored in a secured database at Combell nv, Skaldenstraat 121, 9042 Ghent, Belgium.
 
The data is saved up to a maximum of 2 years after the event.
The data is used for:
• The competition organization
• Delivering newsletters about our events
• Publishing participants in our events
• Sharing participants information with modelling magazines or websites.
