Please complete this form if your club wants to attend our convention.

Please note:
  • Clubstands are free of charge. (gratis)
  • You are kindly requested to clean up your booth at the end of the Convention.

  • Only if you want to sell products on your clubstand
    • You can register 1m of space at € 12.5 to sell products at your clubstand
    • Your registration is only valid upon full payment of the registration fee.
    • Payment can be done either via bank transfer (SEPA) or Bancontact.
    • Once we have received your payment we will confirm your registration by email and you will receive an invoice.
    • We remind you that you should respect both European and Belgian laws related to sales of products and taxes. The organization cannot be held responsible for clubs not following the applicable European and Belgian laws.
