Participate as a club

Do you and your club want to attend this year’s show, and want a nice place to present your models and do some actual modelling as well?

You will get an email confirming your registration.
Do you want to sell products on your clubstand. (max 1/2 table? @ 12.5 euro). Note: this is taken from the tables requested above.

Belgian Scale Modellers Club (BSMC) only stores the information it receives from you when applying for a club stand (name and address, telephone number, fax, mobile phone, email, website, reservation information). This data is stored in a secured database at Combell nv, Skaldenstraat 121, 9042 Ghent, Belgium.
 
The data is saved up to a maximum of 2 years after the event.
The data is used for:
• Club stand administration
• Delivering newsletters about our events
• Publishing participants in our events
